You can cancel your service by calling us on the phone. A support representative must speak to you to cancel your service. You can't cancel by leaving a voice-mail message. If calling us is long distance to you, simply open a support ticket and ask that we call you to discuss your account and supply a call-back number.

To cancel services you need:

  • Your username and password.
  • Your CC or Checking account number.
